Drop-off services were introduced to help our Clients who might not have enough time to wait until a longer examination is performed. You can can make an appointment (if there is sufficient capacity in our ambulatory hospital) to bring in your pet who will be examined during the day and update you via phone and discuss the necessary examination, work-up and treatment plan. When you make your drop-off appointment, we will also provide you with a pick-up appointment. However, for using the drop-off services, it is essential that you must be available via phone during the day.
Our veterinary surgery is closed on 01.05. and 02.05.
