If the nature of the surgery allows us to use only absorbable internal sutures, we try to avoid external stitches - this keeps the patient more comfortable and promotes quick and complication-free healing. All our surgical patients are kept in for observation in our ambulatory hospital providing warm, comfortable, quiet environment for them.
